About the course
Study the measurement, costing and commercial administration of construction work. The proposed outline develops technical reading and quantitative judgement before integrated project appraisal. Southern African cases should reflect local procurement, material and labour conditions, contract responsibilities and the need to explain assumptions behind estimates and financial recommendations.

Requirements
- Recommended preparation includes strong mathematics, physical science, technical English and computer literacy. BMIT must publish its approved admissions and recognition-of-prior-learning rules before enrolment decisions. Comparator universities set their own thresholds. Their credits, module codes and duration have not been transferred to this outline.

Practical application
